She was predeceased by: her parents, William Coyle and Ethel Flora Coyle; her husbands, Everett Hartley, David P. Smith and J. R. Thompson; her son Paul Hartley; and her sister Irene Goldback.
She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Hackworth (Donnie) of South Point, Ohio; her grandchildren, Tonya Leighty (Tim), Shannon Sims (Ken), Pete Hackworth (Teresa), Patricia Schwartz and Dawna Brown (Glenn); and her sister Lynn Shank. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren, seven great great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
