She was predeceased by: her parents, Morton D. Gearhart and Agatha Fields Gearhart; and her sisters, Joann Gearhart and Emilie Yvonne Harrison (Carl). She is survived by: her husband Jack R. Nuckols of Ashland, KY; her sons, Jack Randall Nuckols (Sarah Etta) and Gary Dean Nuckols (Debbie Hensley); her siblings, Morton D. Gearhart, Sharon Rose Artis, Sally Streets (Jack) and Carol R. Odle; her grandchildren, Ian Jackson Nuckols, Saretta Anne Jackson (Brian) and Mari Elizabeth Jackson; and her great grandchildren, Anna Sarah Jackson and Elysa Brianne Jackson. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
