She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kersey and Hazel Kersey; her former husband Carl Smith; her husband Gerald Fields; her children, Carl Leslie and Larkin Smith; her brother Billy Ray Kersey; and her grandson Nicholas Collins.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Smith (Michael) of South Point, OH, Debra Creswell (Robin) of South Point, OH, Joyce Collins (Steve) of South Point, OH, Willie Smith (Angela) of Ashland, KY and Karen Matney (Jimmy) of South Point, OH; her brother John David Kersey of Ashland, KY; her siblings-in-law, Eleanor Kersey, Tonnia Meadows, Fran Smith, Ahrea Miller (Neal) and James DeLong; and her grandchildren, Lisa McFarland, Michael Smith, Jason Smith, Christy Plapp, Andrea Thorn, Adam Collins, Keri Collins, Kayla Prater, Matt Smith, Drew Matney and Josh Matney. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
