He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Louise Fordham Riggs of South Point, OH; his grandchildren, Makayla Riggs, Kirsten Leanna Hale, Shelby Louise Broughton, Desi Riggs, Jade Riggs and Skylee Riggs; and his great grandchildren, Dyson and Nova Riggs.
