We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Sally Kay Farmer of South Lebanon, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis and Minnie; her husband Ronald Farmer; and her siblings, Israel, Stanley, Clinton Oldham and Loretta Combs.

She is survived by: her children, Ben Farmer (Tracy) of Maineville and Katti Mierau (Ryan) of Worthington; her sister Jackie Combs; and her grandchildren, Dalton (Emily), Jacob Farmer, Madison and Maci Mierau.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
