He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. and Pashie; his children, Eddie D. Noe and Patricia Noe; and his siblings, Finley Noe, Joe Noe, Allen Noe, Daisy Robertson, Mary Lou Smith, Edith Hoskins, Myrtle Peters, Goldie Monds and Gertrude Revis.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby; his daughters, Carol Organ (Robert) and Barbara Spradlin (James); his sister Lucy Hisle; his grandchildren, Stacy Peters (Nikki), Robin Osborne (Greg), Tammy Bates (Ron), Tina Davidson (Anthony) and Chris Peters (Heather); his great grandchildren, Miranda, Blake, Morgan, Tyler, Taylor, Josh, Maddy, Jakob, Kora, Makenzie and Zoey; and his great great grandchild Paulie Santoriello. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
