He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Duvall and Rosa Duvall; his former wife Mary Duvall; and his siblings, Clyde, Sam, Harold, Ben, Lonnie, Herbert, Walbert, Geraldine Hughes, Pearl Richmond and Thelma Terry.
He is survived by: his wife Gerry Duvall; his children, Duane Brinegar (Tammy), Charles Brinegar (Yevette), Gary Mays, Teka McCown (Jim) and Billie Brinegar (Joel); his brother William Duvall (Hallie); and his grandchildren, Ryan Brinegar, Lindsay Smigielski, Tyler Taulbee, Shauntae Booth, Karlie Brinegar and Jimmy McCown. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren and many other family members and friends.
