He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Velma. He is survived by: his wife Diane; and his children, Chris Lovell (Brittany) of Warsaw, KY, Mike Lovell (Lindsay) of Lebanon, Joshua Smith, Michelle Freeman (Joey) of Florence, KY and Jessica Smith. He is also survived by three brothers, two sisters, 14 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
