She was predeceased by: her parents, George Parker and Daphne Parker. She is survived by: her husband Ronald E. Partin; her children, Jeremy Taulbee (Rebecca), Craig Taulbee (Kim), James Partin (Amy) and Kerri Partin; her brother Tony Parker; and her grandchildren, Alexander, Avery, Savannah, Hunter, Elijah Taulbee, Makayla, Jessika, Kali Partin and Olivia McCloud. She is also survived by many other family members, friends and neighbors.
