She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth C. Theobald; her brother William Mueller Jr., MD; and her parents, William Mueller Sr. and Jean Mueller. She is survived by: her children, Jason M. Theobald of South Lebanon and Jennifer M. Koehler (Ryan) of Cincinnati; her grandchild Lauren T. Pacifico; and her siblings, Robert Mueller of Cincinnati, Thomas Mueller of Cincinnati, Barbara Hicks of Cincinnati, Carol Mueller and Carl Mueller.
