He is survived by: his stepson Bradley Coomer of Petersburg, TN.; his brothers, Eric McIntosh (Rena Mae Allen) of Jackson, KY, Randy McIntosh (Kimberly King) of Jackson, KY and Danny McIntosh of South Lebanon, OH.; his nephews, Shawn David Alan McIntosh, Raylon McIntosh, Brian McIntosh, Brandon McIntosh and Joshua McIntosh; and his niece Brittany Nicole McIntosh. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
