He was predeceased by: his parents, Henley (Mildred) and Keith; his sister Jennifer Reed; and his brother-in-law Jon Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Keith Todd McIntosh II of South Lebanon, Deborah Mockabee (Camron) of South Lebanon, Katelyn Bolle (Mark) of South Lebanon and Sarah McIntosh (Chris) of Morrow; his sister Diana Cooper; his brother-in-law Jerry Reed; and his grandchildren, Carson, Owen, Cameron, Olivia, Connor, Addilyn, Mila, Sienna and Liam. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vale-Hoskins Funeral Home (513 W Pike St, Morrow, OH 45152). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
