He was predeceased by: his parent Neil Carmack. He is survived by: his parent Myrtle Carmack; his children, James Raymond Carmack, Jennifer Michelle Carmack and Ally Nicole Carmack; his grandchildren, Emily Rae Carmack and Elizabeth James Carmack; and his siblings, Jerry Carmack and Cathy Carmack-Pittman.
