He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his daughters, Jodi Mann (Clarence), Tabatha Gabbard and Tiffany McCoy; and his siblings, Michael Palmer, David Palmer, Jerry Gabbard (Rhonda), Shelby Gabbard (Pam), Timothy Gabbard, Brian Gabbard (Ramona), Dwayne Gabbard, Deborah Hall (Terry), Violet Partin, Kim Johnson (David) and Lisa O'Leary.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to help with final expenses.
