With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Dye of South Lebanon, Ohio, who passed away on February 25, 2021 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Hazel Dye to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred and Bessie; her husbands, Earl McQueen and Jeff Dye; her children, Carolyn McQueen and Ricky McQueen; her grandsons, Brett Wolf and Matthew McQueen; and her siblings, Paul Green, Elmer Green, Clyde Green, Lois Neece, Lola Grubb Barker and Geraldine Green.
She is survived by: her children, Darryl McQueen (Jeri), Karen Gadzala (Jerry) and Debbie Hitte (Butch); her siblings, Kenneth Green, Dorothy Peters and Linda Keeton; her grandchildren, Brian Wolf, Jeff Gadzala, Krista Gadzala, Chad Lamb, Nick Lamb, Kim Hargrove and Michael McQueen; and her stepgrandchildren, Sandy Reedy and Greg Taulbee. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandson and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
