He is survived by: his daughter Erica Smallenbarger of South Lebanon; his parents, Lela Copley (Edward) of Canal Winchester and Douglas Smallenbarger (Sylvia) of Springfield; his daughter Dana Smallenbarger of South Lebanon; his friend Johnny Hutson (Cheryl) of Milford; and also Midnight. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial donations may be sent to the Georgetown Veterans Home.
