He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Barrett (Haitz); his daughter-in-law Cassie L. Barrett of Morrow, Ohio; his grandson Brandon L. Glancy (Whitney) of South Lebanon; his brother Kenneth Barrett (Geraldine) of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; and his brother-in-law Bill L. Haitz of Ripley, Ohio.. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
