He was predeceased by: his uncle Joe Clark. He is survived by: his parents, Charles Patrick and Shannon Clark; his daughter Chloe Clark; his sisters, Courtney Young (Dylan), Marina Smith, Sara Clark and Harlie G. H. Smith; his grandparents, Charlene Webb and Howard Clark; his stepmother Donna Clark; his grandmother Vivian Young; his stepparents, Erica Clark and Scott Smith; his uncle Richard Bowers; and his aunts, Gina Bowers, Denise Dodds and April Heenan. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
