He is survived by: his children, Terry Green of South Lebanon, Lisa Crain (Russell Jr.) of South Lebanon and Teresa Lambert (Ronnie) of Crown City, Ohio; his siblings, Kenneth Green, Lola Baker, Hazel Dye, Dorothy Peters and Linda Keeton; his grandchildren, Chelsey Crain, Tiffany Lambert, Lindsey Arms (Charles) and Samantha Lambert; and his great grandchildren, Carson Knotts, Aiden Eplin and Scarlett Kamenski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
