She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry and Florence; her husband John C. Warner; her granddaughter Shawny Morris; and her daughters, Anita Charlene Newsome and Karen Gail Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Janet Y. Yeazel (Jack) of Lebanon, Donald C. Warner (Debbie) of Maineville, Steven R. Warner (Beth) of Franklin and Larry P. Warner (Rhonda) of Beavercreek; her grandchildren, Katrina, David, Brooke, John, Sarah, Leah, Zachary, Amber, Brittany, Kara, Dustin and Chad; and her great grandchildren, Hailey, Matthew, Noah, Charlee, Tiffany, Evan, Zachary and Avery. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
