She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Chakalis and Anna Chakalis (Zadravec); and her sister Joanne Pavlakos (Chakalis). She is survived by: her son Gregory Matzorkis (Maria) of Steubenville; her brothers, Andrew Chakalis (Faith) of Cleveland Heights and Arthur Chakalis (Diane) of Columbus; her brother-in-law Constantine Pavlakos; and her grandchildren, Vasile and Andrew. She is also survived by three nieces and one nephew.
