He was predeceased by: his wife Noreen Mannen; and his parents, John T. Mannen and Rita C. Mannen. He is survived by: his siblings, John T. Mannen, Jr. (late Annette), Timothy J. Mannen (Micki) and Ann T. Mannen; and his nephews, John E. and Christopher Mannen.
