With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian M. Albanese (South Euclid, Ohio), who passed away on August 19, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Damiano J.; her daughters, Santina Gerrity (late Gary) and Ramona Albanese-Allen (Christopher); her parents, John Derfuhs and Bertha Derfuhs; and her siblings, Ann Heisler (late Buddy) and John Derfuhs (Virginia).
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Folisi (Russ), Cynthia, Damiano S. (Amy) and Laura Gielink (John); her grandchildren, Katie Brown (Scott), Kelley Lee (Dustin), Timothy Folisi (Lauren), Jarrod Maistros (Erin), Madonna Albanese (Frank Guerrein), Daniel, Elizabeth, Jack, Michael, Grace Gielink (Kyle Morgan), Emma, Will, Libby and Graham Gielink; and her great grandchildren, Mikayla, Lily, Frankie, Izzy and Salem.
The family request no flowers to be sent and in lieu, contributions made in memory of Lillian to St Jude.
