She is survived by: her husband Deacon Johnny Brown, Sr.; her children, ShaKele Lydia and John (Danny); her stepson Trevis (Royale); her grandchildren, Janelle, Trevari and Jonathan; her siblings, Ruby Taylor, Emma Virden and Lester Phinnessee; her siblings-in-law, Annie Phinnessee, Edna West (Henry), Denise Clay (Charles), Deborah Welcher (Hawthorne), Diane Hawkins, Denise Stephens (Terry), Lincoln Perkins, Emmett Perkins and Dennis Perkins; and her close friends, Beverly Peeples, Sylvia Alexander, Cheryl Miller and Cora Cancino.
