She was predeceased by: her husband Charles W. Agnew Jr.; her son Charles A., III; and her grandson Michael C. Collins, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Smith (Stanley) and Robert P.; her granddaughter Anna Collins; and her great grandchildren, Nicole Collins and Aleenna El Sayed.
