Carol E Fortlage Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol E Fortlage (South Euclid, Ohio), born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on January 2, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Karl Eger and Elizabeth Eger (Falk); her husband Donald James Fortlage; her children, Bradley Fortlage and Leslie Fortlage; her daughter-in-law Sandi Griffith; her son Steve Fortlage; her siblings, Charles Eger and Janet Erml; and her brother-in-law Victor Erml. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to either the Red Cross or The American Cancer Society.
