He is survived by: his wife Peggy Scaggs (Roberts); his siblings, Robert Debbie and Belinda Perkins; his siblings-in-law, Debbie and Gary Bradley; and his nephews, Scott Mathews, Rob Scaggs (Heather) and Chester Perkins Jr..
