He is survived by: his wife Betty A. Dillard (Matthews); his son Mike Dillard (Pat); his stepsons, Jeff Creamer and Robert Lewis (Martha); his son-in-law Gene Linson; his grandchildren, Steve Linson (Lenny), Dan Gilland, James M. Dillard (Amanda) and Pamela M. McKinster (Dillard); and his brother Paul Dillard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear and special friends.
