He is survived by: his wife Patricia Bowen (Patty); his sons, Russell P. Bowen, III (Deb) and Jerry Bowen (Lori); and his grandchildren, Russell, Sunny Bowen, IV, Levi, Jordan Bowen (Tabby), Morgan Miller (Ryan), Maggie Bowen, Brandon Eancheff, Janelle Burner and Tony Perrin. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
