He was predeceased by: his parents, Billie Thomas and Virginia Thomas (Finchum); and his spouse Shirley Thomas (Tate). He is survived by: his children, Emily Shaffer (Larry), Billy Thomas (Kara) and Caleb Thomas (Kayleigh); and his grandchildren, Gabriel, Joel and Jude Thomas.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jackson Lytle and Lewis Life Celebration Center (2425 N Limestone St, Springfield, OH 45503). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Rose Hill Burial Park (4781 S Charleston Clifton Rd, Springfield, OH 45502).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Clark County ASPCA in Rosen's honor.
