He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Washburn. He is survived by: his wife Anita Joan Blain (Sturgill); his father William Blain; his stepmother Mary Lou Blain; his daughter Jessica Roslan; and his stepdaughters, Anita Dickerson (Eric Foor) and Melanie Kempton (Mike). He is also survived by six grandchildren; and several siblings, nieces, and nephews.
