He is survived by: his wife Virginia Thomas (Rhoades); his children, Pamela Hensley (Jeff), Teresa Algren (Scott Stollings), Matthew Thomas (Tina Wilson) and Adam Thomas (Natalie); his grandchildren, Holly, Libby Johnson, Jonathan, Krista Johnson, Michael, Stefnee Bowshier, Alex, Alexise Algren, Ashlyn Stollings, Morgan, Tristan Thomas, Evelyn and Abel Thomas; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Skyler Johnson, Witten Bowshier, Kinsley, Liam, Aliza Algren, Layla and Xander Thomas; and his close friend Belle.
