She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Smith; and her brother David Smith. She is survived by: her mother Pearl Smith (Lute); her husband Tim Kephart; her children, Megan Kephart (Mark) and Tyler Kephart; her grandchildren, Alaina Saunderson and Alek Saunderson; her siblings, Sandy Blaine, Grace Craycraft (Mark), Sheila Neace, Hazel Miller, Christine Kohut (Butch) and Scott Smith; and her sister-in-law Pat Battin. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
