It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Lorain Moats of South Charleston, Ohio, born in Gallipolis, Ohio, who passed away on February 20, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Wetherholt and Lorain Wetherholt (Rhodes); her daughter Scarlett Renee Moats; and her sister Louella Lambert. She is survived by: her husband Lawrence "Larry" Moats; her sons, Matthew Moats (Anna) and Nathan Moats (Amanda Cooper); her grandchildren, Adam Moats, Katie Moats and Elizabeth Foulke (John Biggum); her siblings, Phillip Wetherholt (Pamela), Brenda Peyton (Eddie) and Barbara Lewis; her cousin Geneva Falkner; and her close friends, Ashley, Olivia and Barbara Patton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
