He was predeceased by: his parents, George O. Smith and Helen L. Smith (Heffner); and his wife Melinda L. Smith. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Smith of Dayton and Jeffrey Smith of Xenia; and his grandchildren, Marquel Smith, Rocky Stark, Jr., Madyson Smith and Kaden Smith. He is also survived by 11 siblings; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Clinton or Clark County 4-H programs.
