She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Stevens and Rena Turvey Stevens. She is survived by: her children, Carl Wendell Fulk (Vicky) of Oak Hill, Paularene A. Hicks (Sam) of Jackson, Susan, Karen Legg (Andrew) of South Charleston and Carla Smith (Larry); and her siblings, Francie Madden (Donald) of Wheelersburg, Rena "Punkie" Morgan, Elphan Preston of Oak Hill and Bill Burton of Jackson. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grant children and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brant Funeral Service (422 Harding Ave, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
