He was predeceased by: his mother Cathleen A. Tobin; and his sister Karen Lynn Mackey. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly S. Mackey (Cameron); his son Tyler J. Mackey; and his siblings, Barbara J. Deavers (Fredrick) of Newark, Lisa A. Murphy of New Carlisle and William D. Tobin of Newark. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
