He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Flannery (Parker); his children, Tina Stream (James P.), Debbie Williamson (Chuck Russell) and Richard Flannery; his grandchildren, Dustin, Clinton, Brittaney, Breanna and Brandie; his great grandchild Kyara; and his siblings, Herman Flannery (Louise), Harold Flannery (Barbara) and Loretta Evans (James). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many former coworkers and friends at the post office and friends.
