He was predeceased by: his parents, Mearil McGuire and Eddyth Elam McGuire; his wife Lois Marie McGuire (Gambill); and his siblings-in-law, Juanita Gambill and Bill Gambill.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Puckett and Johnny McGuire (Sharon); his brother Ronnie McGuire (Rita); his granddaughter Misty Puckett; and his great grandchild Destiny Mathews. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and great great nieces, nephews.
