We are sad to announce that on January 21, 2019, Frieda M. Hazlett (South Charleston, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Russell V. Hazlett; her child Joyce Jim Hazlett (Hazlett); and her siblings, Mary Dillion (Slagle) and Luther Orin Slagle Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Paul Hazlett, South Charleston, Sue Ann Chaney of Delaware, Ohio, Stuart Hazlett (Christie) of Alexandria, Glen Hazlett, Box Elder and Phillip Hazlett; and her siblings, Jo Young (Slagle), Barbara Ray (Slagle), Nellie Ray (Slagle), Ruth Slagle, Judith Slagle and Carolyn Wilder (Slagle). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren as well as cousins, nieces, nephews, and an entire community of friends.
