He is survived by: his significant other Debbie; his sons, David (Traci) and Mike; his brother Vernon; his grandchildren, Mason, Daulton, Kyle, Korey, Haley (Aiden) and Kelsey; and his great grandchildren, Maverick and Myles. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
