She was predeceased by: her parents, James Fife and Genevieve Fife; and her spouse Carroll L. Johnson. She is survived by: her brother Jerry Fife; her nephew Jeffery Fife; her children, Donna Wertz (Mark), Debbie Swinson (Bobby) and Jim Johnson; her grandchildren, Stephen Wertz, Jennifer Little (Josh), Joseph Swinson, Aaron Swinson and William E. Smith, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Harlee and Kelson Wertz.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
