She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Roth and Bernice Wagner; her husband Bob Scaggs; her granddaughter Jennifer Scaggs; and her sisters, Pat and Mary Ann.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Scaggs (Debbie), Bill Scaggs (Peggy) and Belinda Perkins; her grandsons, Robbie Scaggs (Heather) and Chet Perkins; and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Callie Scaggs, Deven and Mason Perkins.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family has elected not to have services at this time.
