He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Harper (Sarver); his sons, Jesse Harper and Brian Harper (Hannah); and his siblings, Rachelle Parker (Todd Hunter), Charles Boyer and Pearl Ray Harper (Debbie). He is also survived by family members and friends.
