She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Stevens and Eva Stevens (Ringheiser); and her siblings, Martha Rooker, Donna Biebler and Everett Stevens.
She is survived by: her husband Dale Wesley Thurston; her son Dale Thurston Jr.; her grandchildren, Kilee and Abel; and her siblings, Linda Hartshorn, Grace Payne, Sarah Hartshorn, Patty Kline, Gene Stevens, Gary Stevens and Mary Keeny.
