He is survived by: his wife Brenda Duty (Maynard); his daughter Sheila Smith (Greg); his stepchildren, Linda Castle, Kathleen Fletcher, Jack David Smith and Dawn Smith; his grandchildren, Jaci, Alex, Aden, Kamden, Justin, Catlin, Derek, Abby, Jacob, Tristen, Isiah and Peyton; his great grandchildren, Kashton, Hatch, Tucker, Aria, Camillia and Jett; and his siblings, Ronnie, Eugene, Jerry, Keith, Margaret and Brenda. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
