He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Richard Dale Jr. (Carolyn), Christopher George (Molly), Donald Ray (Misty) and April Lynn; his grandchildren, Craig, Kyle Lee (Jamie), Zach (Emily), Cody Austin, Kayla, Rosie, Trey, Christopher, Ocean, Braedyn and Rylee; and his great grandchildren, Tyler, Maddison and Aurora.
