She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady Waugh and Sue Waugh (Osborne); her husband Lelan Dewey Wilcoxon; and her brothers, Carl, Paul and James Waugh.
She is survived by: her children, Glenda Younkin (Jim) of Minford, Gary Wilcoxon of Circleville and Rhonda Wilcoxon of South Bloomfield; her grandchildren, Grant Wilcoxon (Alex), Matthew Wilcoxon, Jeremiah Wilcoxon, Zachary Wilcoxon, Jaime White (Christopher) and Erin Reynolds; her great grandchildren, Adleigh White, Elianna White and Jack Wilcoxon; and her siblings, Edna Mae Bryant of Ashland, KY, Betty Delaney of Groveport and Ernest Waugh of Muncy, IN. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
