It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lanette Gerchy (South Bloomfield, Ohio), who passed away on February 24, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sister Betty Palomino; her children, Joseph H. Gerchy II of South Bloomfield and Anne; her son-in-law Jeffrey Gessells of South Bloomfield; her granddaughters, Elizabeth Jo Kirk (Michael) of Ashville and Katharine Michelle Gerchy of Ashville; her great grandchildren, Jayne Elizabeth and Frederick Michael Kirk; her brothers, Lamar Wallace (Julia) of Kenner, LA, Bobby Wallace (Faye) of Hamilton, AL, Ronny Wallace (Norma Jean) of Luverne, AL and Billy Wallace (Sue) of Luverne, AL; and her brother-in-law Raymond Palomino of Gulfport, MS. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
