She was predeceased by: her parent Wells Walke; her husband Billy J. Foreman; her sons, Bobby Wells and Billy Joe Foreman; her sisters, Betty Lynn Walke, Ernestine Lunsford and Lena Jo Osborne; and her close friend Charles Crum.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Lee Foreman of Ashville, Gary Eugene Foreman (Stacy) of Laurelville and Annette Marie Jarvis (Jim) of Chillicothe; her siblings, Mary Hargett of Beaver Falls, PA. and Calvin Walke (Cherly) of Bethel, OH; and her sister-in-law Sharon Sampson (Tom) of Ashville. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, and special friends.
